Course Overview

The Materials Management Operations Guidance/Logistics Evaluation (MMOG/LE) defines a common, industry-wide set of best practices for an organisation’s Supply Chain Management and allows an organisation to assess their existing internal processes, implement and verify improvement plans and sustain your organisation’s MMOG/LE compliance.

There is a significant portion of the automotive industry that uses MMOG/LE within the supply chain to evaluate production, parts, service and warehousing processes. The assessment also establishes a common definition of supply chain management processes to help organisations:

  • Determine the robustness of existing internal processes
  • Benchmark supply chain operations
  • Facilitate continuous improvement
  • Increase customer satisfaction
  • Streamline the flow of information and products throughout all tiers of the supply chain

SMMT Industry Forum are the UK’s official Odette Training Provider.
