Developed by the German automotive industry Field Failure Analysis defines a joint approach between the customer and supplier for the analysis of field returns including no fault found scenarios.

Field Failure Analysis was developed in Germany in 2009.The approach can be used by any organization to manage and learn from field failures.

This course is designed for people working within the automotive supply chain, including those working in design, engineering, production, warranty, quality and sales.

Virtual Class Technical Requirements
To access a virtual class you must have the following:

  • A PC or laptop with good (1Mbps or more) internet access
  • A microphone and speaker or headset (recommended)
  • Webcam (preferably)
  • Chrome web browser
  • Ability to access Google drive (you do not need a personal account but your laptop / PC must not block access)
