Course Overview: 

Delegates will receive an overview of the 8 pillars of Total Productive Maintenance and the Early Management pillar in particular.  Then the Reverse Fishbone approach will be introduced with the specific idea of returning to ‘normal’ following lock down.

The course combines presentations, worked examples and some practical application of tools and techniques.
