Course Overview: 

Manufacturing Manager Training (MMT) helps leaders to make effective use of the Lean toolbox, blend great leadership with financial acumen, establish sustainability, ensure adherence to processes and policies and create a culture for change and continuous improvement. Over four days of blended learning, i.e. simulations, team-based activities and discussions etc., participants complete a suite of in-depth teaching modules including an audit of current processes, interactive discussions, shop floor activities, role plays and situational coaching.

Manufacturing Manager Training is aimed at those with responsibility for creating and leading operational plans and managing and supporting team leaders. At Meggitt, the roles most suitable for this course from the Manufacturing function are Site Production and Manufacturing Leaders.
