ISO 9001:2015 Management Awareness Training

The ISO 9001 Management Awareness is a participative course supported by group exercises and open discussion. The practical emphasis of this course and high tutor to delegate ratio provides a great opportunity for individual guidance, support and learning.

Senior Managers and non-auditors who need to understand the core requirements of ISO 9001:2015 standard. 

Benefits and Learning Objectives   

This half day course provides delegates with an understanding of the high level structure described within Annex SL including its impact on ISO 9001.

An awareness of the Quality Management principles and their application throughout the standard is provided together with an understanding of the concept of risk and risk based thinking.

Delegates will gain an understanding of both the structure of ISO 9001 together with the ISO 9001 requirements. ObjectivesThe course will provide an overview of ISO 45001:2018 and its requirements and an overview of Annex SL with a clause-by-clause evaluation of the international standard.
