TPM Overview Courses

Introduction

Industry Forum have developed two introductory training courses for companies who are considering implementing 'Total Productive Maintenance' TPM Techniques. The TPM approach is designed to maximise the efficiency of plant and equipment within a facility. The courses can be run in either open (attendees from mulitple clients) or closed (single client) format.

TPM Overview

This one day course is designed for delegates who will be involved in the development, application and support of TPM within the business. It is aimed at all levels from supervisory management to senior management

Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) is an essential part of any lean transformation with its focus on zero defects, zero accidents and zero breakdowns. An understanding of TPM; its basic concepts, pillar structure and overlapping small group deployment will give the delegates some core principles that can be implemented back in the business.

TPM Practical Training Workshop

This four day course is designed for delegates intending to gain a detailed understanding of the concepts, structure and approach to TPM. The course is of a practical nature and is aimed at all levels. The course uses a practical, fully functional, self contained manufacturing process. Delegates will be able to apply the concepts of TPM in a learn by doing manner, while being able to observe the benefits and effects. Delegates will discuss and plan how to apply the toots and techniques in their own work place.
