Cultural Change Programme
Introduction
For any organisation wanting to move forward there is an obvious need to understand and apply the tools and techniques of process improvement. It is also important to address the cultural issues that may prevent the improvements implemented from sustaining and continuing.
Developing people to take leadership and ownership for continuous improvement can be difficult as they have very different needs and react in a variety of ways to change. This can be beneficial if this diversity is understood and harnessed correctly to create a positive, change orientated business culture.
What is the Cultural Change Programme?
Industry Forum has recognised these cultural issues for many years and has developed a comprehensive cultural training programme. This draws upon conventional thinking on the subject together with the very practical experience gained from our extensive range of programs working with clients of all sizes and within all sectors.
The program is designed for any individual who is engaged in change, from business leaders to shop floor. It is most appropriate for team leaders, change agents and improvement personnel who find themselves at the front line of the change process and who have to interface with people to manage and drive change within the organisation.

The Cultural Change Programme Activity Structure
The Cultural Change Programme takes place over three days and covers a wide range of subjects from basic leadership styles to understanding how to implement a structured training process.
As with all Industry Forum products the whole programme is based on the 'learn by doing' philosophy. It uses teaching presentations together with team activities, syndicate feedback sessions and individual tasks to enhance the learning experience. This allows the delegates to try out the concepts they are learning immediately and learn from each other too.
The delegates are typically in groups of between 8 and 12 and the program can be delivered residentially or at your facility as appropriate
