How Team Leader Training Works
Our Team Leader Training programme is modular and can accommodate
the most flexible and demanding of training
needs.

It can be easily tailored to meet your specific requirements,
whilst always maintaining control and quality through its structured
phased approach.
This structured approach combines the well-proven
'learn by doing' techniques at process level with fundamental
theory developed and applied within the classroom. It requires
all team members to participate fully and play a dynamic role.
The results of our programme are impressive. Your
organisation and its people will be challenged to look at both structure
and behaviour.
Using our expertise, you will
develop new generations of team leaders who'll be pivotal
within your organisation. Helping you to achieve world class objectives.
These new team leaders will be equipped as the
champions in the dynamic challenge to achieve ever higher performance
in Quality, Cost and Delivery, and as a result, competitive advantage.
"After each week long session we were given
a series of tasks to conduct back at our own plants and for me that's
been the most interesting part of the programme."
Stuart Anderson, Machine Setter Peterson Springs
