Industry Forum training and support
for non – automotive Industries and Vestas supply chain companies
Welcome to the Industry Forum web page dedicated to companies who are not part of the automotive supply chain but who want to take advantage of formal quality planning tools and techniques such as Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Failure Modes and Effects Analysis, (FMEA), Measurement System Analysis (MSA), Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP).
We offer tailored versions of our core tools training courses such as the courses listed to the right developed to support manufacturing companies who supply to the wind energy industry.
Testimonial
“When the training took place we found that the Industry Forum trainer quickly understood the needs of our organisation and the levels of the different people attending, and pitched perfectly towards this. The course structure and content was exactly as described, how the different elements of the Core Tools (FMEA, SPC, MSA, APQP and PPAP) were explained over the week meant that the learning taking place culminated in a greater understand than the individual parts.
We understand that newcomers to the subject might struggle with some elements (SPC, MSA) due to the math’s but the competence of the Industry Forum Trainer and his vast experience meant that everybody who finished the course said it was well worth the effort by the end of the week.
We planned the Core Tools Training to relate to the launch of a PPAP process within Vestas. The unexpected benefit it has given is that the people who attended have more knowledge and confidence with regards to quality and the core tools use and are almost eager to share the new found skills. This is of great benefit to them individually and Vestas”.
