Core Tools Certification Training
This course is designed for Management Representatives, Implementation Teams, Internal Auditors and others who are involved in the auditing or implementation of Advance Quality Planning (AQP) activities including Controls Plans, Statistical Process Control (SPC), Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA), and Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
Familiarity with Advanced Quality Planning (AQP) and related Core Tools would be beneficial but not necessary.
Delegates will become competent in understanding, implementing and auditing AQP. SPC, MSA, FMEA and Control Plans. Also gaining the knowledge to develop the documentation required for the preparation of Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) submissions.
