SMMT Industry Forum has a unique opportunity to give SME’s in the automotive supply chain in the West Midlands area an opportunity to learn more about the global automotive specification ISO/TS16949 and associated improvement tools free of charge.

Eligible organisations will have access to:-

A half day on site meeting to discuss any aspects of ISO/TS16949, and how to effectively implement/maintain the system.

Following this organisations can have two days free on-site support that could include but not be limited to:-

	Gap analysis to identify readiness for ISO/TS16949
	Internal Auditor coaching and development
	Identification of customer specific requirements related ISO/TS16949
	Effective implementation of automotive core tools including FMEA, SPC and MSA
	Management of continual improvement projects
	Problem solving techniques
