A one day training event designed to introduce the scope and content of the Supply Chain Development & Performance element of the Supply Chains for the 21st Century (SC21) initiative. The day will show how this element of SC21 fits into the context of the initiative and then review in detail the design and use of the main process content in this area. This will include a review of the various assessment models used, the Continuous Sustainable Improvement Plan (CSIP) system and finally the supplier recognition system and its scoring mechanism. Industry Forum is an SBAC Strategy Partner for SC21 and an accredited Training Partner for Development & Performance programmes. |
