Who should attend?

This course is designed for delegates working in any industrial sector who plan to use Value Stream Mapping as a method to drive the achievement of strategic business objectives. The course assumes that delegates have a basic understanding of process improvement tools and techniques (see 1 day continuous improvement introduction course).
