Engineer Team

The Industry Forum Process Improvement team comprises of 35 highly experienced Engineers. Engineers come from a broad range of industrial backgrounds and functions covering both manufacturing and non manufacturing areas. Industry Forum Engineers are trained to understand the context of the client environment and adapt the tools and techniques they use to suit the needs of the organisation. They do not deliver a 'one size fits all' programme of activity. A substantial number of the Engineer team have trained as A1 assessors able to assess teams to complete the NVQ in Business Improvement Techniques.

Organisation Size

Global Quality Systems Team

The three Engineers within the Global Quality Systems team all have proven industry and auditing experience and utilise a 'learning by doing' approach in all their programmes. They are all qualified trainers able to deliver recognised International Automotive Task Force (IATF) ISO.TS 16949:2002 Certification Body Auditor Training and Evaluation.

Specialist Senior Advisors

The Engineer team is supported by a team of Senior Advisors who have joined Industry Forum from senior management positions within specialist functions in Industry. They lead specialism related activity programmes working at the most senior levels within the client organisation.
